本規則將貿易術語分為11種，每一術語訂明買賣雙方應盡的義務，以供商人自由采用。該11種貿易術語如下：

1.ExWorks（ex factory，ex mill，eX plantation，ex warehouse，etc），即工廠交貨

Point），即鐵路交貨/火車上交貨

3.Freeu2026（named Port of shipment），即裝運港港口交貨；

4.FAS（free alongside ship）u2026（named Port of shipment），即裝運港船邊交貨；

5.FOB(Free on board)u2026（named Port of shipment），即裝運港船上交貨

6.CF(cost and freight）u2026（named Port of destination）即成本加運費；

7.CIF（cost，insurance，freight）u2026（named Port of destination），即成本、保險費加運費；

8.Freight or Carriage paid tou2026（named Port of destination），即運費付至；

9.Free or Free Deliveredu2026（named Port of destination）

10.EX Shipu2026（named Port），即到貨港船上交貨；

11.Ex Quayu2026（named Port），即到貨港碼頭交貨。

國際貿易術語解釋通則2000

通則共包括四組即E組，F組，C組和D組，13個術語.

E組，EXW工廠交貨

F組，FCA貨交承運人，FAS船邊交貨，FOB船上交貨

C組，CFR成本加運費，CIF成本，保險費加運費.CPT運費付至CIP運費和保險費付至

D組,DAF邊境交貨DES目的港船上交貨，DEQ目地港碼頭交貨，DDU未完稅交貨，DDP完稅后交貨.
